Went for the Sailor moon and the Death Note events. The Sailor moon was the best. Lots of interaction and imagination. Even a memory photo to download. It was the best!
The Death Note one was a bit difficult. Even with a support manual, many did not finish. If Japanese is your second language, this is very difficult. I wished for more interactive things and less paper quizzes. Didn’t like having to use my cellphone either: Killed my battery and the links didn’t always work properly which took away time to solve the puzzles. Coffee was decent and very cute!

Fun puzzle / escape room experience and ended up doing two of them in an afternoon. Cool concept and overall done well, only minor quips on the designs of the English language games (which was fine being done solo).

We are escape room enthusiasts and been to multiple rooms across different countries. This is by far a complete waste of time. The game is for 50 mins but we spent a total of 2 hours there mainly waiting. Upon arrival were given a card to wait half an hour. Then proceeded into the first room were we had to continue to wait as the team in the next room was finishing the puzzles. The puzzles were boring and were based purely by inserting words into a tablet.. it is not an escape room by any means..

The flagship building of "Real Escape Game" by SCRAP, you can enjoy different themed escape rooms here. They have wide range of games suitable for both small group (1-2) to large group (6+) of people, with play time from 10min to 120min.

There is also cafe and souvenir shop inside as well.

We got 50%-off coupons on Apr14, and we tried the English version of "Escape from the prison". The game is well designed, the instruction are clear even in English, and we can barely escape at the last seconds.

One of our favourite experiences in Japan! High quality escape room and puzzle experiences, both in self-contained rooms but also around the facility itself (you can order mini-puzzles with your drinks!).

Even if you don't have time for escape rooms, I HIGHLY recommend you do the "Mystery at Magic Academy Shinjuku" puzzle book. It's a walking tour TMC sell that guides you around the streets of Shinjuku to solve puzzles at your own leisure. Doing this was an awesome way of getting us to see the area and walk down streets we would have otherwise ignored.

Quite a few of the rooms are available in English (it will be noted on the sales page), and the staff were helpful. We did "An Invitation from the Mystery Man" (a puzzle book set around the venue itself), "The Magical Cauldron" (a Projection Table Game that has you and your team interacting with a projector-screen table), and "Escape from The Runaway Train" (a "9 Rooms" game, which is a really good format that allows the puzzles to be broken up into chunks!).

Also, we got to hug their mascot bear Kumakey, who must be protected at all costs.
