Nice music venue located in the basement (B4) of the Kabukicho tower.
Big red staircase to access the venue 4 floors down. Lockers are on site. Like most concert venues in Tokyo, you have to pay 600¥ for a mandatory beverage.
Entering the venue was pretty smooth.
The sound quality is good. In my opinion, it's a good size venue.
It is about 10/15 mn away by foot from Shinjuku station.

I was there for the Band-Maid concert in July 2023 and it was phenomenal. Many stairs down to the concert hall, but it does what it should.
Only problem I encoundered was to get the tickets in time before opening of the doors. But we managed to persuade the staff to open a counter right in time, so we got our tickets.

Came for Minami (美波). The venue was organised very well with the merchandise sales, ticketing and entering the venue.

The staff were really friendly and helpful as the first staff that came out around 3pm explained in great detail for me (a foreigner) on what I needed to do and where to go to purchase tickets and pick up my merchandise. Really grateful and happy!

I came to see Asian Kung-Fu Generation and could not have had a better experience here. The Basement rooms provided a really ambience and reminded me of seeing shows in High School at restaurants and bars. You're much closer to the show, so you can see and here more.

To anyone looking at a concert at this venue, I HIGHLY recommend it. As a foreigner, the people both staffing the venue and attending the concert were all VERY friendly with me and patient with my lack of Japanese. I really can't recommend this place enough
