土曜日ランチ訪問。
頼んでみたらどちらも土鍋料理でした。

2200円の前菜、メインが基本かな。
ラム肉料理を頼んだら、牛肉水煮のラムバージョンの土鍋でした。
美味しいのだけど、ここに限らず、四川麻婆豆腐や、牛肉水煮みたいのって、油まみれすぎない？こんなに油が必要なのかいつも疑問に思ってしまう。。

この料理って環境や身体に悪いだろうなと食べながら思うので、なるべくこの種は頂かないようにはしているんですけど。。頼んでしまったので、頂くのですが。。

高菜が入った土鍋料理がとってもコクと旨みがあって美味しかったです✨✨✨こちらは油は多すぎることなく安心して食べられました。

It's delicious, but aren't the Sichuan mapo tofu and beef stew too covered in oil? I always wonder why so much oil is necessary. .

As I eat it, I think that this dish is bad for the environment and the body, so I try not to eat this kind of food as much as possible. . I already asked for it, so I'll take it. .

The earthenware pot dish with mustard greens was very rich and delicious✨✨✨It didn't have too much oil and I could eat it without worrying.

友人とランチ寄らせて頂きました。
前菜7種と棒餃子、汁なし担々麺をお願いし大変満足のお昼でした。
お盆前の暑い土曜日だったので台湾ビールも格別でした。
また寄らせていただきます。

I stopped by for lunch with a friend.
I ordered 7 appetizers, gyoza sticks, and dandan noodles without soup, and it was a very satisfying lunch.
It was a hot Saturday before Obon, so the Taiwanese beer was also special.
I will drop by again.

土曜の12時に予約して伺いました。
店内は予約以外は1組で満席です。

大エビ 煎り卵 旬野菜 甘酢炒め 2,000円を注文。
前菜、ライス付きです。

5分ほどで前菜が提供されました。
きゅうりと苦瓜の豆板醤乗せとトマトスープ。
前菜のレベルの高さがビブグルマンを感じさせます。

15分ほどでメインが提供されました。

大エビと茄子、瓜、蓮根等の旬野菜の卵とじに
トマトベースの甘酢がかかっています。
エビとトマトと卵は黄金の取り合わせで
美味しいです。

最後まで美味しく頂きました。

Comes with appetizer and rice.

Appetizers were served in about 5 minutes.
Cucumber and bitter melon topped with bean sauce and tomato soup.
The high quality of the appetizers gives you a Bib Gourmand feel.

The main dish was served in about 15 minutes.

Large shrimp and seasonal vegetables such as eggplant, melon, and lotus root combined with egg.
It is topped with tomato-based sweet and sour sauce.
Shrimp, tomatoes and eggs are a golden combination
It's delicious.

It was delicious till the end.
