Truly deserving of its Michelin star. The food was excellent, refined and full of flavour. Also quite creative, not just traditional Cantonese.
The service was also impeccable.

Apr 2024: first time at ying and we were treated well. From the amuse bouche to the petite four at the end, it was an amazing dining experience. We also felt it was rather exclusive as there were just 4-5 tables filled on a weekday. Nonetheless had an enjoyable time there with great views of Macau and nice food.

Inside the wonderful Altira hotel is this amazing place: Ying Cantonese Restaurant! It has a wonderful atmosphere overlooking the ocean and city of Macau! I love this place! Staff are friendly and attentive and the food divine! I have done lunch and dinner here... I will say I prefer the lunch! So so good! This place is amazing and deserves the Michelin star rating!!!!!!! Thanks for such an awesome time!!
