This is the only bak chang in Singapore that I bother to buy, because once you have tasted it, everything else just pales in comparison. Although it's $6 a piece for the one with all the ingredients, I think it's still worth it given how everything else has increased in price as well.

Hidden Gem. The Bak Chang here may be smaller in size compares to other places. But the quality is definitely better. What you pay is what you get. I bought the $4 & $6 ones to see the difference. Will definitely buy again!

Tried the Deluxe and it was great 👍
The glutinous rice was soft, chestnut was soft and well cooked. And pork was not fatty, chinesemushrooms were cut sizably and has no smell . Overall nice balanced and tasty 😋

Bought their $5.50 Deluxe all In Bak Chang. It comes with braised pork, mushrooms, chestnuts and salted egg yolk.

The rice tastes fragrant from pre frying before the wrap. Very generous with the ingredients inside with 4 chestnuts and 4 pieces of mushrooms. The latter was very a delight to chew on. The pork they used were mainly lean meat, unlike others who use fatter cuts.

Very good Bak Chang even though I kept it overnight in the fridge and steamed it for breakfast the next day.
