Nice area that's away from the hustle and bustle of Singapore.  There's a few restaurants here, art exhibitions and bikers motorhead workshop/gallery in this place.

Next to Hort Park, the Southern Ridges walk, it's perfect to be part of your walk plans.

This place has many small private art galleries. Some modern and avant-garde, others traditional. The art exhibitions will change after a few months so it is worth a revisit from time to time. Admission free. There some restaurants around here, too. A nice place to soak in the artistic atmosphere.

If you’re a tourist considering coming here, definitely skip it as the hours are unreliable. I came in the middle of a non-holiday weekday when it was listed online as being open and all of the galleries seemed to be closed for no specific reason, plus there was no mention of closures on their website. Really left a negative impression of Singapore’s art scene.
