This is one of the longest queue. We surveyed what people ordered and this store seems to be the favorite order. We ordered the Signature spicy ban mian.  If you can take chilli, order 小辣. For someone who can take spicy food, their 中辣 is already too spicy. Let you decide the spicy level you can take and let me know.

Ordered signature chili mee hoon kuey ($5). It was quite tasty! The mhk was chewy and smooth. Give the whole thing a good mix to coat all the mhk in the saucey goodness!! There was a fair amount of dark sauce, with minced meat, meatballs, and crispy pork lard. The egg was nicely done with a super runny yolk 🤤 You can choose the spice level at 大/中/小 and they will add in the corresponding amount of chili paste (kinda like sambal consistency). I asked for normal which might have been 小, and the heat was okay.

Happy to have tried this 😋 Was kinda hesitant since some other reviews mentioned that the chili sauce was bland and the mhk clumped together. Fortunately this wasn’t the case for mine. Though I would say that the soup was pretty bland, so I’m not too eager to try their soup ban mian 😅

Got the signature chilli pan mee with minimal chilli (which is placed on top so I could take out almost all of it before mixing the noodles- and this was the right spice level for my Caucasian friend). Noodles al dente, portions generous (even with ordering the small size at SGD5), lots of sauce and minced meat, service courteous. Has few anchovies, which could be crispier. Overall tasty and different from other chilli pan mee I've had. Fair to visit if you want to sample a chilli pan mee.

Noodles were a little dry and the sauce wasn’t too much to my liking. For $5 this is one of the pricier options in this hawker centre, but still affordable and a good meal nonetheless.
