I was staying in Jen multiple times and it was usually always offered good combination of great location and friendly service. Also booking directly with last minute cancellation option is great. Unfortunately with the time quality is going down. Breakfast is not only overcrowded, but the quality of the food dropped dramatically. Despite 10% automatic servicing charge on your bill, it looks that some employees, especially the pool team really lost connection to reality. They are lazy, have the pool area not under control and just being there physically, but not mentally. We spent 13 nights in the hotel this month and this will be my last stay despite that Im a high level loyalty member. The price-quality is really not worth anymore.

Love this hotel so much! They have the best technology and service available!

Why I chose to come back is because in their toilets they have this cool machine where it helps to spin dry my swim suit.

Lovely pool view, food is superb and Service is always on par!

Good place for shopping nearby as they have lifts that bring you into the mall!

So convenient!

We stayed 5 nights. The rooms are comfortable with huge beds and lots of free extras. The breakfasts are amazing with a large international choice that changes every day. The pool is great with city views and we always managed to get a table. The staff are so polite and helpful. The location is central and is above Somerset MRT Station with a sneaky direct elevator to avoid tackling the mall! Thanks team

Fabulous hotel, amazing pool big enough to do laps, such comfortable beds. Great location near lots of eateries. Fully recharged after our stay. Loved the robot and the chocolates that it delivered!

Nice place. Rooms are spacious and clean. Does have a breakfast buffet but I opted not to participate.  Rooftop pool and tiki bar was nice. There are many open spaces here to enjoy. Only thing is a little confusing is the front desk for check in is on the tenth floor. This hotel is right in the shopping district so ground floor is busy. Lots of things to do  nearby.
