Ordered the roasted gilmar octopus($38),
Pumpkin tortelli ($38), USA prime ribeye “Tagliata” style($76). Dessert is monti’s molten pistachio tiramisu ($25).
Also ordered some cocktails like Hugo, Mr Monti, mint nocciola.

Been to many Italian restaurants and u know their dishes and taste are somewhat similar.
But food at Monti thrown us off, in an astounding way.
The ribeye is so tender and juicy, yet not too rare, and not salty. So you can savour the texture and taste of the beef with every chew.
Pumpkin tortelli is also a wonderful dish but the portion is kinda too little. It has some sauce/dressing and when you bite thru the tortelli, the pumpkin and sauces mixed together, it really make you want for more.

Overall it’s a wonderful dining experience.
And superb service by all the staff. Special thanks to Raju for the excellent service.

Booked here for  dinner on a special occasion. The place was stunning with an authentic Italian menu.
With its panoramic views of Marina Bay Sands, it really gives a sophisticated dining experience with its floor to ceiling windows. The food was authentic with a twist. Great place for a memorable culinary experience.

We took the communal set menu. All the appetisers, main courses and desserts were extremely tasty and out of this world’s delicious. We enjoyed every good surprise over our conversation.

The place overlooks Marina Bay, offered a beautiful view for the cozy dining indoor. The service was impeccable, staff was prompt and attentive especially Alman gave good recommendations and friendly chat over our meal.

It’s truly a memorable dining experience and we would definitely return for more great dining moments.

The environment and view are unbeatable! That’s why we chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. The service was 5 stars and for our main courses: slow-cooked pork collar and drilled snapper, both were in generously portions and delicious! They even surprised us with a celebration cake. I just celebrated my 50th birthday here yesterday. The food was delicious, and the service was generally good, aside from a few minor hiccups, which I think is normal. I had the set menu, and the flavors were rich and full of umami. However, I found the restaurant manager (in the grey suit) to be quite unfriendly—almost rude. He never stepped in to assist when issues arose, and at one point, when I accidentally bumped into him, he simply gave me a cold, rude stare and walked away. It was quite surprising and disappointing.
