Best CKT in town. Wet type with cockles and pork lard. Prepare to wait 30 mins or more. There were at least 20 people ahead of me but the quick cooking and service moves the Q fast and efficiently. Worth the wait

My 3rd time eating here. Still wet and in my top 3 CKT list. Uncle very old Liao but still frying. Ordered the big plate and extra egg at $6.5. Everything is good except the queuing time of near 50mins at Saturday lunch time. Not the longest but the other top 2 stalls have similar  or longer queue time. It’s SG heritage food which even M’sia cannot fight.
Came again after a week. Ordered 1 small and big plate with extra egg with extra chili. Small plate tasted more intense as egg is more concentrated. This round then I know can pay with QR code as the guy taking your order has the QR code with him when u ask.

Have been wanting to eat this as it is rated by me and family the best Char Kway Teow CKT.
Bought 8 packets with added pork lard and cockles.
The wait definitely worth it even though I was there around 10.30.
thinking I can avoid the lunch crowd but I still got to wait an hour plus. but worth the queue.

A relatively simple dish. But yet so many places can screw this up. This stall is one of the few that can cook up a decent plate of char kway teow. However it lacks wok hey. Nevertheless still good in my opinion. But not worth queuing an hour for it thou. Recommended.

To me one of the better Char Kway Teow in Sg. Most of the time the taste is consistent. However be prepared to queue. Been there past 5 times and average queue time around 40-50mins. Best Option to add egg and pork lard. 👍🏻
