My 12yo boy and his friends had a lot of fun at the party. Our party host, Qur was very attentive and helpful. The guests did all come on time, but she patiently gave briefing to each group as they arrived. She also made multiple trips to carry all their belongings to the party room. She went around checking on them often and facilitated the birthday celebration in the party room. The room is spacious and even has a sink and fridge. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great location, big space, party rooms quite squeezy. Also, can allocate more time in the party room, it was abit rushed. A few staff were not helpful AT ALL. staff named Mashar and a few staff at the counter totally ignored us when we were there. All of them saw us but pretended to be busy - really, 2 staff were attending to 1 other customer while we were waiting. No instructions were given. Nevertheless party host, Celeste and Nabil facilitated the party well. The children had a lot of fun! Memorable birthday for the children but service can be improved by a tonne considering the amount we paid for the party. Can start by acknowledging your guests with a smile and a "how can i help?"

Interesting arcade admist the more luxury offerings at ion. There is a good set of experiences which can entertain most people. Video is a interesting game which converts a low cost game into a coop experience. Wish there are more of such experiences for children

We celebrated our son’s birthday here on October 20, 2024. The hosts, Eshal and Lutfir, were accommodating and engaging, ensuring our son and his friends had a fantastic time. Eshal even followed my son around, playing the games he wanted, which made the experience extra special.

While the party bags could have been better—they included only 2-3 toy cars (worth about 50-100 tickets each) and a small pinball game (worth 200 tickets), which didn’t quite match what we saw on the website—we still highly recommend this place for kids’ parties.
