Mar 2025: revolving restaurant in Raffles Place area serving good Chinese food. Set menus available for business lunch. Very well executed. We added the 48hour slow braised pork belly to the set and it was yummy. Not too fatty and yet very tender.

Came for the Chinese New Year menu named "dawn" in 2025 in a private dining room, which was revolving and you could see the whole area in one revolution which took 2 hours.
Dishes was towards the more flavourful side and I requested mine to be drizzled with less sauce after the fish maw broth, disappointingly this was not done.

Invited to this place for my birthday. Located at 10th floor, the restaurant turns one round the vicinity so that you get a 360 view during your entire dinner. For us, our view started from Fullerton Bay hotel to city area to Fullerton hotel and ended facing MBS.

We ordered the Dawn dinner set at $198++, and the food is great (of course at this price tag you expect nothing less). Each dish is served at a good pace in between. The dinner ended with a bird nest with taro and sweet potato purée, and it taste great. For my birthday, they gave us a free birthday plate with 5 寿桃, and it taste great too.

Overall, a nice dining experience, especially for a special occasion.

Food was really good for its price. We had the Colorful Cloud Dinner Set Menu. I will say it started out amazing and plateaued off around the main course. But for its price I am won't be too picky. Service was good, staffs were friendly and professional. The revolving platform gave a 360 view of the city which was a huge plus for me. Atmosphere was quiet when we came early on, but started to get a bit rowdy due to a huge party to our sides despite the closed-off rooms. But overall a pretty decent visit. Will recommend!
