The food here was sublime. What stood out most to me were the starters.

The beef tongue was perfectly cooked, paired with the flavourful garnish, making every bite a nicely textured flavour bomb with the tenderness of the beef and crunch of the garnish.

Both risottos were excellent. The mushroom risotto was extremely flavourful, done with a variety of mushrooms, providing different dimensions to the dish. The uni risotto had a different flavour profile but was stunning nonetheless with the sweetness of the ocean.

The beef was good but wasn’t anything to shout about, while the pork had a really interesting texture with the method of cooking.

Overall an excellent meal and I’d highly recommend the venue!

Excellent place to take the Singapore experience up a notch. Food, service, and ambiance were all great. Wasn’t able to secure a window seat online but we were still given one upon request. We were also given complimentary dessert. 🔥

Great view of Marina Bay Sands. Food is amazing as well. However is very quiet and extremely cold in there. Prepare to wear thick jackets.

Overall divine experience! Went for the Sunset promo with the 3-course Prixe Fixe and 2 additional wines at 5.30pm, billing SGD 580/-. Highlights for the food were the Grilled Prawns Salad Appetizer, Brisket Mains and Popcorn Dessert. The view was stunning. We moved over to the bar, open view with the attractions on display best when it's darker, 7.30pm. Was an exceptional PLEASURE being served by Mr Tino, Ms Joanna and Mr Syafiq. Impeccable service ♡ Thank you babes ♡
