I had an amazing dining experience here! The food was absolutely incredible – the steak was the best I’ve ever had, perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The oysters were also top-notch, thanks to Chef Frederick, who was not only skilled but also very helpful

A special shoutout to Rjoy for her fantastic service – she was warm, friendly, and made the evening even more enjoyable. Truly a memorable experience, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Definitely no regrets booking this restaurant for our honeymoon dinner. Both of us love steak, and this is the first time we’ve had a medium steak that’s perfectly cooked yet dry when sliced.

All the food was delicious. The crab cake appetizer was outstanding. And simple things matter—they asked if we were there for a special occasion, and since they knew it was for our honeymoon, we got complimentary cakes.

All the staff were super friendly and very attentive in explaining everything. We’ll definitely come back again and cant wait for another cheese bread.

The attention to detail in each dish was remarkable, from the exceptional quality of the complimentary bread to the delicate chocolate accents on our anniversary dessert.

Really enjoyed the food ! When you first step in. A warm welcome was given to us. Got a welcome drink and special attention to us making me feel like a VIP. Service crew was friendly and amazing. Having dined at CUT multiple times for both special occasions and casual dinners, I recently learnt about their Late Night Rough Cuts menu and decided to give it a try.

First thing to note - seating is exclusively at the bar, and reservations are not accepted for these spots. While seating is limited, I found available seats throughout the evening during my Friday visit, which was a pleasant surprise.

The menu features bar bites that maintain CUT’s signature quality, but with reduced prices and smaller portions to match. The bite-sized offerings were so delicious that I ended up ordering nearly the entire menu. Each dish was crafted with care, despite being bar bites, showcasing the same standard that CUT is known for.

The bartenders struck a perfect balance of attentiveness and discretion, making the experience comfortable even for those who may be more introverted.

The drinks? Outstanding. Smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, delivering a bold kick of alcohol without being overpowering.

Overall, the Late Night Rough Cuts menu is an excellent choice for an intimate date night or a solo evening of indulgence. Highly recommend for those seeking a relaxed, high-quality and slightly-fancy supper or bar experience.
