We chanced upon this restaurant and ate 3x within 2 weeks.

Tried $58 lunch set. It is a good deal. We add in dim sums.

We also tried $138, $158 sets and alar carte.

What we enjoy:
1 dim sums! I see a whole prawn Har gar and it is crunchy and sweet, unlike conventional ones that uses bland crystal prawns.
Siew Mai fillings are fresh, unliked others that is mushy.
Teo chew kueh is my personal favourite, bursting with different textures eg creamy from yam, crunch from water Chestnut and fried peanut.
Zao Huang Gao aka date kueh is QQ and not overly sweet.

Other dishes to try:
Scallop fried rice: it has very nice wok hey and the scallops are so sweet! We love it more than Taipei Ding Tai Fung egg fried rice.

Fish noodle soup: the broth is like rich chicken collagen soup. Grouper fish slice was thick and fresh. Not fishy at all!
Seafood poach rice: it was very ceremonial. Love the crisp rice texture. Broth is flavourful.

I like that the restaurant catered to my request to remove shark fin from my crab soup. It still tasted good. Go for the sour and spicy version.

Restaurant has good service. Very ceremonial presentation before putting the food to the side to portion. I noticed they always covered up the food with lid during transfer from kitchen to dinning table. Thumbs up for this hygienic practice.

Tip: Go around 11:30am or 1:30pm to avoid the crowd and for better service. Waitress Anna is really friendly and chatty. Staff is also attentive to help top up tea!

Will be back to try more dishes!

I think this is still the best dimsum place I’ve been to in Singapore. The Peking duck wasn’t as impressive so I usually skip that— instead you need to try their Crispy Pork 冰烧三层—and don’t miss out on the Honey BBQ Pork 蜜汁叉烧. Just get both you won’t regret it. The dimsums are, needless to say, delicious, but the real star is the Charsiu Bao. So pillowy soft and a little chewy with the most delicious roasted pork filling. I can devour ten in one seating. Highly recommend this spot!

Peking duck is crispy and fragrance. All other food are good as well. We ordered the truffle crab meat (1 pax) to share and the taste and texture was very special, the portion is just good to share. Thumbs up for their services, always very alert and approach us before we even ask for it.
