Really affordable and tasty chicken rice! At $3.50 per serving, it's hard to beat for the portion and quality! The chilli is unlike the usual chicken rice chilli, it's less spicy, in my opinion, but it's alright. I had the white chicken rice. The photo of the roasted chicken rice is just for reference. It's usual to find 15 or more people queueing in front of you during lunch time, but the queues moves quickly(as long as the people queueing in front of you don't order too many plates/packets), so don't let that put you off!

Certainly one of the better chicken rice stalls around. Definitely the best value for money. Old style that definitely brings back childhood memories on how chicken is suppose to be.
Rice is not fragrant like the way I like. A little more blend but the chill is power. Mix the rice and chill plus the chicken will give you that hmmmm moment.

Ordered their chicken rice before and it was good. And today I tried their char siew rice, it was also good! Char siew was all lean and no fatty meat, and they were so soft and tender! Their chilli was also good! There's a strong garlic taste and it goes very well with the rice! And the rice was also drenched with dark gravy, making it savoury too. Yum!!

Chicken rice was ok, the rice doesn't have much flavour and it taste normal and kind ok plain and undercooked. Both steam and roasted chicken was a bit dry. Chilli was ok. Soup was good though. Long que during lunch time usually sold out by mid afternoon. Worth the try for the hype but not as expected.
