Each piece is $1 and would say that the skin to filling ratio is like 2:1. Skin very thick...

I really like the texture of the skin as it's chewy and sticky. It is served hot too.

The chives kueh is well marinated and has a good crunch.

Thought I stumbled on a hidden gem only to find that it already so well reviewed. Traditional eat that high to make hence hard to find. The owner seems passionate about his craft and the experience of his customers. Most are older and seem to be regular, still taking instruction from the owner how to eat it. Might seem expensive but it’s a craft make with heart. It’s worth it.
