Maybe the best michelin dinner I've eaten.  Explosive flavors, nothing tame about this food. Can't wait to go back.  Definitely recommend the NA pairing.

It was my husband and i's first time dining at Thevar. was so pleasantly surprised by the flavours of each dish! Staff were also so friendly and hospitable. Chef Mano even took the time to explain to us how some of the dishes were made. Overall enjoyed the dining experience and we will definitely be back again!

Really great cooking and flavour balance. I loved that Chef Mano and his team slowly build up the intensity and complexity of spices as the courses go on: starting from clear but structured to more complex and intense. Service and wine pairing were great too

02/09/24: I’m changing my review for 2 simple reasons, above-and-beyond service recovery and outstanding food served.

After the unpleasant experience from the reservation process, chef Mano Thevar has reached out to offer apology and ensure my dinner plan can carry on. He has also personally taken care of me and my dining partner on the actual day. Creating such a lasting impression and standard that other players in the industry should definitely watch out.

Moving on to the food, it’s delectable and innovative, with taste profiles consistently building up. It is clear that lots of thoughts and effort has been put together to curate such strong dishes. Each bite makes you excited for more and looking forward to the next course. The main lamb dish is absolutely gorgeous and without any doubt, the star or the night.

If you are still deciding whether to dine here, please make your reservation soonest. I want to also take the time to thank the Thevar team and Vincent, the sommelier for such a fun and engaging night out. Keep up the good work and I will definitely be back.

“I recently dined at Thevar, and while the experience was generally good, I must admit I had higher expectations given its 2 Michelin stars. The ambiance and service were top-notch, and the flavors were enjoyable, but I found myself wanting a bit more in terms of innovation and wow factor. Nonetheless, it’s a solid restaurant with much to offer, and I believe it’s deserving of 4 stars. Thank you for the lovely evening, and I hope to see the menu evolve further in the future.”
