Good job to the cleaner for keeping the toilet clean! Music was kinda boring and chill on a Wednesday night.
It’s great that the bartender was friendly and introduced us to their drinks menu.  Cocktails was awesome highly recommend their lychee martini.

Today I flew from Vietnam to here to listen to music I waited from 10pm to 4am. Ok no problem. But I have something to say about the attitude of your female security guard towards customers. She yelled at me many times with foreign guests like us. We have worked very hard to come here to listen to music and wanted to experience good and fun entertainment, but the attitude is too bad. We came here from far away, it was very difficult and the spirit of loving DJ music. I hope that you will change the way you treat guests, be polite and have a civilized attitude.

Zouk advertises the event from 10pm to 4am but the main DJ plays music at 1am. The staff attitude is very rude, shouting at foreigners like us. And when I entered, I didn't know that inside this bar smoking of electronic cigarettes is prohibited, there was no sign or any reminder when I entered, the security guard outside checked my bag and knew I had it and didn't see any reminder, when I entered, I used it once and the staff snatched it from my hand. I think they just kept it to prevent me from smoking inside again. And after a while, I left and asked again if I could have it back, the staff said they threw it away. They could have reminded me the first time without throwing away the customer's things (Other 5 star restaurants also don't throw away the customer's things like that, they just remind). When going around, the staff chased away and shouted at the customer. The first experience at the bar was terrible. If it was just confiscating and throwing away the e-cigarette, I wouldn't say anything because that's bar policy, but I have to rate the attitude and service of the bar, discriminating against customers who bought tickets. Terrible!

From the moment we step into the club, Mhelvin ensures everything is seamless and that we’re treated like VIPs. He’s incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we’re having a great time, and he’s quick to address any needs we may have—whether it's ensuring we have a perfect table or recommending the best drinks to suit our group’s vibe.

What really sets Mhelvin apart is his genuine hospitality. He doesn’t just see us as another group of partygoers; he remembers us, knows our preferences, and consistently delivers a top-tier experience. It’s rare to find someone who’s both professional and personable in the nightlife scene, but Mhelvin strikes the perfect balance. His dedication and effort to go the extra mile make him a standout promoter, and because of him, Zouk has become one of my favorite places to go out in Singapore. Highly recommend working with him if you’re planning a night out there!

I've always enjoyed Zouk. From Vegas to Singapore, Zouk's nightlife has been a part of my adult life. The staff there are very polite and they don't shove people, which is great!
