While the Best Western website advertises this hotel as having air conditioning, it's only in the summer time (confirmed by front desk). When I checked in (in mid November), my room was 78F. The room only had one small window that did not open and there were no fans. Additionally, the room smelled like someone had been smoking in it.
I checked out within 30 minutes and unfortunately still had to pay for the first night. The staff at the front desk were pleasant despite the situation, but didn't offer to remedy the situation.

Stayed for 1 week for a conference. My hotel room was fantastic: very large, effective air conditioning, well-equipped bathroom with a bath, and good soundproofing from the busy street below.

The hotel staff were helpful and the location was great for getting to Haeundae Beach metro stop. My only complaint is that there wasn't a hotel café or restaurant, which would have been useful for meeting with colleagues.

We decided to choose this hotel as per location and price compared with other competitors.

Rooms: Excellent with the price paid. Really comfortable with great city views from the rooms even one night but we felt to revisit really soon. The Housekeeping really completely they jobs with neat and clean. The rooms facilities is matched with travelers like us. Many electric key socket for those who travel more than one pairs. The bed really comfortable included pillows. Amenities in the room just fine for us nothing to comment.

View and Location: Excellent views point even on the 8th floor really good one foe night time and day time. We really relaxed. Moreover it is friendly access to local tourists attractions by walk such Haeundae Beach and Market, including local all kinds of transportation provided by Busan district.

Service: Cannot say anything more than really helpful while we were asking to temporary storage our suitcase after check out as per we have late afternoon flight and we checked out in the morning. We then able to continue our itinerary for Busan.

Overall: Really recommend to friends and family for visit.

Right next to Olive Young which is a major plus for us female travelers. Located in the center of Haeundae beach. Haeundae Market is just across the street. Everything you need from restaurant, convenience store, beach, and bus or mrt station is within 5-10 minutes away. But it may be a bit noisy from the Haeundae street, just a bit.

The staff is very very rude. We already had the chicken. We came at 1 o’clock and there was no one to give response and the lady at the counter treated us like we are a dog. We don’t accept this from West western hotel or any repeated chain. I would kindly request you, to please look for that the hotel location is good, but the staff they need to change and take strict action against them. They are pathetic. I don’t have any much words that I can tell them, but this is the one and they made us wait for two hours at night at 1 o’clock to give the room. There is no bottle, water or any other facility given, please consider this before booking
