Impressive fine dining, several innovative dishes, precise plating, and top quality subtle service.

Had set menu of 5 courses for lunch in a private diningroom, perfect for a couple like us or maybe up to 6 people. Several other small tastes included, and good fresh bread. Not a huge meal for someone hungry, but adequate for 2 adult men.

Thoughtful wine list by someone who knows. The Loire Valley cremant was pretty unusual, but good. Red wines by the glass were maybe too similar. (That is the level one must go to offer even vague criticism!)

A few glasses of wine and unusually subtle tea pairing (!) and a surcharge for the beef (did not feel this exceptional, despite their obvious pride), came to KRW400k/A$400/US$325. Full price for lunch, but it seemed fair value for this quality of fine dining.

Overall a great experience for a couple visiting Seoul from Sydney, Australia. Highly recommended. I will happy go again. Enjoy.

코스 후반으로 갈수록 다음 접시가 기대되는 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 방문하는 손님들은 단골들이 많은것 같은데, 그럴만 하다는 느낌입니다.

메뉴 자체는 사실 믿고 가서 그냥 나오는거 먹었는데 역시 다 맛있었고 하나 하나 정성이 들어 갔습니다! 다음에 또 방문 해야 하는데…!
