Yet another michelin guide spot in Seoul, known for their udon noodles. Top up an additional ₩5,000 for a set meal which includes four pieces of tempura and one sushi.

The udon was thick, smooth and chewy, served in a light and savoury broth. Topped with a generous amount of thinly sliced beef, the meat was a tad tougher I would’ve liked.

The oden udon had four pieces of fried fish cake balls which were bouncy with a mild, delicate fish flavour. It is definitely one of the better fish cakes I’ve tried.

This dish comes with one piece of prawn tempura which had a light and crispy batter without being too oily. In hindsight, this isn’t the most value-for-money dish, given that it only comes with one piece of tempura. If you’re craving for some tempura, order their set meal instead.

This udon shop’s been on the Michelin Guide since 2019. Noodle texture was perfect. Sets were affordable - my set was 17,000 won. Taste wise, not sure if it’s worth 5 stars as the sides were pretty bland

No frills, hands down, This is one of the best hand-made udon place i’ve ever been to in Seoul. Udon soup broth has so clean, pure, refreshing taste to it. Noodle texture is so phenomenal!! Noodles are so chewy, muscular texture to it. Tempura is not bad but batter is thick which is still ok to me.
