첫맛은 좀 심심할수있는데 깊은 맛이 느껴지고
먹을수록 더 먹고싶다.
속도 편하고 깔끔한맛.
자극이 부족하다면 후추를 좀 뿌려주면된다.
가격대가 있디고 느낄수있지만 고기육수에 손많이가는 만두라서 이정도는 이해가능한 가격대.

밥도 달라하면 주시는데 나는 일부러 만두국에 만두소가 좀 풀어지도록 만두국 안에서 만두를 잘라먹었다. 그러면 만두소가 국물에풀어지면서 간이 더 맛있어진다(비쥬얼은 별로가된다...)
그리고 국물을 충분히 먹었을때 만두 반개 혹은 한개를 만두국에 부수면서 밥을 조금 받아서 말아먹으면 그것도 별미.

이북식 만두국과 김치말이국수가 아주 훌륭한 작은 가게, 퀄리티 좋은 양지고기와 맑은 국물이 아주 좋았고 담백한 만두도 맛있었습니다. 특히 김치말이국수는 기존에 먹던 국수 맛과는 많이 다르고 시큼 상큼함보다 담백하고 고소한 맛이 느껴진 김치말이국수입니다.

신기하게도 내 입맛에 잘 맞았던 음식점.
전체적인 간과 맛이 너무 편안했다.

이북식손만두국/ 국물은 소고기! 살코기로 우려낸 국물이고, 삼삼한듯 은은한 고기감칠맛이 느껴진다. 만두는 물에 헹군 김치와 고기/두부 등을 넣고 속을 만든 것 같고 아삭아삭한 식감과 고기의 고소한 풍미도 은근히 느껴진다. 어렸을때부터 먹던 할머니의 만둣국 만두와 속이 꽤 흡사하여 신기했다. 만두피는 얇고 찰랑찰랑, 적당한 찰기를 지니고 있었고 밀가루 냄새 안났다. 국물이 많이 뜨겁지 않아서인지 다 먹을때까지 만두피가 불지 않는 것 같아 신기했다.

김치말이국수/ 물김치에 맛있는 밥과 소면을 말아냈다. 김치는 시원하고 깔끔한 맛이었다. 물김치 자체가 칼칼하고 새콤하진 않다. 되게 부드럽고 착한 맛이다. 아주아주 착한 맛이라 어린이들도 먹을 수 있을 것 같다. 근데 여기에 참기름까지 뿌려서 향이 좋긴하나 나는 좀 물리더라.

원래 이렇게 슴슴한 맛에 후루룩 먹다보면 빈그릇만 남는게 이북스타일이려나 싶기도 하다.

수육무침 반접시/ 야들야들하고 촉촉하게 잘 삶아낸 돼지수육과 새콤달콤한 야채무침. 일단 야채무침에서 간마늘 맛이 잘 느껴지지 않아서 매우 만족스러웠다. 미나리와 양파의 아삭한 식감도 좋았고양념의 간 또한 너무 짜지 않고 적당하며 새콤해서 수육과 조합이좋았다. 특히 수육이랑 야채무침을 같이 한 입에 씹었을 때, 양파의 채즙과 고기의 육즙이 탁 섞였는데 그 맛과 식감이 너무 좋았다.

North Korean style hand dumpling soup/ The soup is beef! It is a soup made from lean meat, and it has a subtle meaty flavor. The dumplings seem to be filled with kimchi rinsed in water and meat/tofu, etc., and you can subtly feel the crunchy texture and savory flavor of the meat. I was surprised to see that the filling was quite similar to my grandmother's dumpling soup that I had been eating since I was young. The dumpling skin was thin and fluffy, had the right amount of stickiness, and did not smell like flour. I was surprised that the dumpling skin didn't swell until I finished eating it, perhaps because the soup wasn't very hot.

Kimchi Rolled Noodles/ Water kimchi with delicious rice and somen. The kimchi had a refreshing and clean taste. The water kimchi itself is spicy and not sour. It's very soft and good tasting. It tastes so good that even children can eat it. However, the sesame oil was sprinkled here, so it smells good, but I was a little bit stoked.

I wonder if it's the North Korean style to slurp down such a mild taste and end up with an empty bowl.

Half plate of seasoned boiled pork / Soft and moist boiled pork and sweet and sour vegetable seasoning. First of all, I was very satisfied because I couldn't really taste the minced garlic in the vegetable salad. The crunchy texture of water parsley and onions was good, and the seasoning was just right and sour, not too salty, so it went well with the boiled pork. Especially when I chewed the boiled pork and seasoned vegetables together in one bite, the onion juice and meat juice mixed together, and the taste and texture were so good.

평안식 만두라고는 하는데 그냥 간만 조금 슴슴한 만두고 레시피가 평양식이지 아주 정통스러운 느낌은 아닙니다. 개인적으로는 만두피가 조금만 두꺼우면 좋겠어요. 사람이 많아서 웨이팅은 필수입니다.

They call them Pyeongan-style dumplings, but they are just lightly seasoned dumplings and the recipe is Pyongyang-style, so it doesn't feel very authentic. Personally, I wish the dumpling skin was a little thicker. There are a lot of people so waiting is a must.

근래 다녀온 음식점 중 가장 인상 깊은 곳이었습니다. 나이들수록 선호하지 않는 음식중 하나가 만두입니다. 과하게 섞이고 자극적인 맛이 싫어져 시중 만두를 먹지 않은지 오래인데 이곳의 만두국은 정말 일품이네요.

평소 평냉을 좋아해서인지 은근한 육향이 우러나오는 국물도 정말 흠잡을 곳 없고 정갈한 만두도 정말 맛있었습니다. 이후에 먹어본 김치말이국수도 맛있었는데 만두국만큼의 임팩트는 아니었습니다. ㅎㅎ

과하지 않은 친절도 좋았습니다. (손님이 계산하고 나갈 때 하던 일을 멈추고 문쪽으로 인사를 하시더라구요) 여러모로 정말 기분좋은 식사를 하고 나왔습니다.

It was one of the most impressive restaurants I've been to recently. One of the foods that people don't like as they get older is dumplings. It's been a while since I stopped eating commercial dumplings because I don't like the overly mixed and spicy taste, but the dumpling soup here is truly excellent.

Perhaps because I like plain cold food, the soup with a subtle meaty flavor was flawless, and the neat dumplings were also really delicious. The kimchi rolled noodles I tried afterwards were also delicious, but they didn't have the same impact as the dumpling soup. lol

I also liked the kindness that was not excessive. (When the customer paid and left, he stopped what he was doing and greeted me at the door.) In many ways, I had a really pleasant meal and left.
