처음 생겼을 때부터 꾸준히 다녔는데 미슐랭을 받았군요. 충분히 받을 만하지요. 제가 찍은 사진들은 실제로 년도에 찍은 것들입니다. 폴더 정리하다 발견해서 너무 반가워서 올려 봅니다. 전 시부터 후 시까지 완벽하고 특히 셰프 고민의 흔적이 너무 많이 보여 좋았습니다. 꼭 같이 먹어보고 싶은 코키지 요청했는데 흔한 흔히 들어주셨고 한국 술과 매우 맛있게 먹었던 기억이 있습니다. 지금은 이사를 와서 자주 못 가지만 항상 번창하시길 바라고 초심을 잃지 않으시길 바랍니다.

I've been going there consistently since it first opened, and it received a Michelin rating. You deserve it. The photos I took were actually taken in 2008. I found it while organizing my folders and was so happy that I uploaded it. It was perfect from start to finish, and I especially liked how it showed so many traces of the chef's worries. I asked for corkage that I really wanted to try together, and they gave me the typical answer, and I remember enjoying it with Korean alcohol. Now that I've moved, I can't visit often, but I hope you always prosper and don't lose your original intention.

워낙에 유명한집이라 평일 점심시간에 예약후 방문하였습니다. 부득이하게 변경된 시간으로 조정해주셔서 편히 식사하고 왔습니다. 원래 유명한집들 실망하는 경우가 많은데, 이집은 무조건 추천입니다.

고기 자체의 퀄리티는 당연히 좋습니다. 직접 부위별로 알맞게 구워서 개인 접시에 서비스해주시는 부분도 너무 좋았습니다.
그외에 두가지가 특별히 맘에 들었는데요.
찬으로 나오는 양파절임의 간장비율이 너무좋아서 두번 리필해먹었습니다.. 쵝오!!
그리고 고기먹고 식사가 나오는데 집된장으로 끓인 강된장스타일.. 조금나온밥과 먹는데 따로 주문해서 먹고싶은 메뉴였습니다. 서버분에게 별도 주문가능 여쭤봤지만.. 메뉴에는 없다고 하시네요~ 정말 생각나는 이날 최고의 메뉴였습니다. 한우야 미안~~~♡

Because it is such a famous restaurant, I made a reservation and visited during lunch time on a weekday. We were able to enjoy our meal comfortably thanks to the unavoidable change in time. I am often disappointed with famous restaurants, but I definitely recommend this restaurant.

The quality of the meat itself is of course good. I also really liked the fact that they grilled each part properly and served it on a personal plate.
Other than that, I particularly liked two things.
The soy sauce ratio of the pickled onions served as a side dish was so good that I refilled it twice.. Wow!!
And after eating the meat, a meal was served, soybean paste style boiled with homemade soybean paste. I ate it with a little rice, but it was a menu item that I wanted to order separately. I asked the server if I could order it separately, but he said it wasn't on the menu. It was the best menu of the day that I could remember. Sorry Hanwoo~~~♡

할머니 할아버지 모시고가서한우오마카세  등심코스2랑 안심코스1로 식사했습니다. 등심코스를 추천해주셨는데 등심보단 안심이 훨씬 맛있었어요. 최고는 새우살이었습니다 먹고 극락체험했어요

주전부리로 육포와 김부각이 나왔습니다 살면서먹어본 육포중 가장 부드러웠어요  김부각은 바삭바삭했어요

먹음직스러운 고기덩어리였어요 불판에 비계들로 기름코팅한번해주시고 구워주셨는데 할머니 할아버지를 배려해주셨는지 먹는데 어려움없이 잘게 잘라주셨어요 굽기로 레어를 좋아하는데 어른들은 안익은걸 안좋아하셔서 바싹익혀주셨다하셨어요 전부 익어도 부드러웠습니다.고기먹으니 배불렀습니다
다섯번째 요리로 식사가 준비됐습니다 강원도 집된장과 토장을 섞은 찌개와 밥이 나왔는데요 추천해주신데로 밥이랑 비벼먹으니 맛있었어요. 조미료가 전혀 들어가지 않았는지 맛이 깊은맛보다는 가볍운 찌개였어요
여섯번째 요리로 디저트가 나왔는데요 쑥의 꽃봉오리를 말린 쑥 꽃차와 피칸으로 만든 한입 브라우니가 나왔습니다. 쑥 꽃차는 향이 좋았고 브라우니는 일상에서 먹는 브라우니맛이었어요
근처에 간다면 식사하기 좋겠지만 굳이 찾아가진 않을것같네요 맛있게 잘먹고갑니다

I went with my grandparents and had Korean beef omakase sirloin course 2 and tenderloin course 1. They recommended the sirloin course, but the tenderloin was much more delicious than the sirloin. The best thing was the shrimp meat. I ate it and experienced paradise.
I didn't feel like I was treated well by the overall service. The server, who had a strong physique, was very excited. It was a bit disappointing that he gave me a rough explanation of the food and then walked away.
Beef jerky and seaweed bugak were served as main dishes. It was the softest beef jerky I've ever had in my life. The seaweed bugak was crunchy.
Pickled tomatoes were served as the first dish. They drizzled olive and basil oil on them and they were refreshing and delicious.
The second dish was a puree made with abalone aged in kelp and shiitake mushrooms. It was chewy abalone and a savory puree.
The third dish was potato pancake. It was a potato pancake with a truffle scent and a soft and fluffy texture like hotteok.
The fourth dish came with side dishes and meat, along with a refreshing clam stew.
It was an appetizing piece of meat. They coated it with oil and grilled it on the grill with fat. They cut it into small pieces without difficulty eating it, probably out of consideration for my grandparents. They like it rare when grilled, but adults don't like it undercooked, so they cooked it crispy. Even when it's all cooked, it's soft. I was full. I was full after eating meat.
The meal was prepared as the fifth dish. A stew mixed with Gangwon-do soybean paste and soybean paste and rice were served. I mixed it with rice as recommended and it was delicious. It was a light stew rather than a deep flavor, probably because no seasoning was added.
The sixth dish, dessert, was a bite-sized brownie made with mugwort flower tea made from dried mugwort flower buds and pecans. The mugwort flower tea had a nice scent and the brownie tasted like an everyday brownie.
It would be nice to eat there if I go nearby, but I don't think I'll go there. I enjoyed the meal.
