If you’re in Seoul and love fish and seafood, this place is a must-visit! It’s massive, with an incredible variety of fish and seafood. You can buy whatever you like, head to the second floor, and have it cooked for you. Prices for the cooking service vary depending on the method, but overall, both the seafood and the cooking fees are quite reasonable. It’s not just delicious—it’s an experience!

Although Koreans go there to eat as well, I do not recommend tourist to go there because you will be overwhelmed and most likely overcharged.  The seafood selections were large and great but the negotiation part is hectic. You literally have to negotiate every single items from purchase to meal preparation (which is separate). The worst of my experience was that after going through all that, they f up ( overcooked) all the exotic and fresh seafood that I purchased.  Got a 1.7kg king crab (100k won) and a 2.5wild halibut (140k won) as well as some nice scallops(10k won), we went to restaurant number 2 only because they have Chinese speaking staff ( mandarin works better than English in Korea).  Everyone just to sit down is a 4k won charge, then 20k for soup, 30k for all the food prep and not sure how I was charged 78k at the end just for meal prep.  I later realized that for 78k won in Korea you can get some good food including the food itself… what a rip off.  On the way out, restaurant #5 and 6 seem to have most of Korean crowd while #10 has some food star endorsement.  Good luck.  Might be more enjoyable to find a seafood restaurant in city with same food for 330k won total. Getting there is also a terrible experience as Korean street as not designed with disable and elderly in mind

The whole place is a huge tourist trap.
Raw materials downstairs is expensive.
Cooking only steaming and baking.
Mad expensive. The cooking fee was more than the seafood we bought on the first floor.
We brought the seafood from downstairs and was charged $170 for cooking them?
My crab was less than 3kg. And charged me 3.5kg cooking fee. Scrambled eggs was $25. This restaurant is a joke.

Restaurant no.0… they provide extra services to locals like more side dishes n crab deshelling. Tourist… nah.. i suspect one of my crab got changed to a dead one. One of the crab taste v ammonia n the shell(head) was empty without any miso. Becareful what u buy, take note of any markings on the crab before u pass to them to cook. Overall cost $500k Won. I rather go to Jeju.
