저번에 대표님한테 편지를 썼었는데  기억해주시고 이번방문에 살포시 안아주셨는데 감사하기도하고 위로받는 느낌이 들어서 눈물이 왈칵나올뻔했어요 사랑하는 장소에선 웃고싶어서 눈물은 꾹 참고 기쁘고 감사한마음만 생각하며 그순간을 만끽했던것같아요
바삭 청무와 옥수수밥과 표고 페이스트와 구운 케일 채소밥중  채소밥으로 선택하고  유기농 케일과 애플망고가 들어간 평화로운 에티튜드도 2개씩 주문했습니다. 구운 꽃케일아래에 표고버섯과 마늘로 맛을 낸 표고 페이스트를 밥과함께 먹는 채소밥은 환상 그자체 였습니다 페이스트의 감칠맛과 밥알갱이,케일의 조합은 찰떡 궁합이었어요
생채소 겨자채는 참나물을 적양배추와함께 만들었다 하셨습니다. 음식하나하나 정성과 애정이 느껴졌고 너무 맛있었습니다

I had lunch with my brother. You must have seen so many guests, so I was grateful that you remembered them and welcomed them warmly.
It has become a sanctuary for my heart.
I wrote a letter to the CEO last time, and he remembered me and gave me a gentle hug during this visit. I felt so grateful and comforted that I almost burst into tears. I wanted to smile in a place I love, so I held back my tears and enjoyed the moment, thinking only about my happiness and gratitude. I think I did it
I chose vegetable rice among crispy green radish, corn rice, shiitake paste, and roasted kale vegetable rice, and also ordered two each of the Peaceful Attitude with organic kale and apple mango. Vegetable rice made with shiitake mushrooms and garlic-flavored shiitake paste under roasted kale and served with rice was fantastic. The combination of the umami of the paste, rice grains, and kale was a perfect match.
It is said that raw mustard greens are made with chamnamul and red cabbage. I could feel the care and love put into each and every dish and it was so delicious.
It was delicious and I was full. Thank you.
