Excellent beef cut cooked to perfection. You can taste the marble beautifully paired with the sides and dips. The meat is succulent and tasted great simply pair with a light dip of salt. Please make reservation early to avoid disappointment.

An interesting restaurant.

Excellent ambiance with a great building, interior design, and decoration. Pleasent and courteous manner of service.

We had the "14-course" Private Dining option whose menu and photos are attached. Each item was exquisitely prepared and  presented and was quite tasty!

Cuisine is a bit of a fusion of traditional and modern Korean food, including a very tasty signature pho created with Hanwoo beef broth (boiled 48 hrs). The central to the meal is obviously the Korean beef (Hanwoo, Korean version of Japanese Wagyu). It was really good, likely better than Wagyu. There were multiple cuts along the way. All were good except one that was a bit tough and chewÿ, though the temperature was medium rare.

While multiple cuts are provided, the portion of each was a bit small. It is, however, a good way to experience the premium Hanwoo meat at a premium restaurant.

While it's a unique restaurant with Michelin rating, it's not quite a 5-star for me.

Amazing Hanwoo beef!! Excellent service. Will definitely be back. But one feedback, maybe they should be more flexible in terms of placing order, they expect you to order 2 portions of steak minimally, at 250gram each. It’s indeed very filling for both of us, and we don’t much chance to try other things on the menu.

We had dinner in their private dining room with meat cooked for us right in front of us. The lady was so charming and her attention to service impecable. She knew right away that we all loved eating and was very enthusiastic in explaining to us all about the history and stories around the menu.

They served us a variety of cuts - not necessarily the typical ones you find in other types of steak houses. They did a great job woth making sure they cooked all of the cuts to perfection that has unique characteristics, had distinct flavours, whilst keeping them all very juicy and tender.

Their burger is one of the best and whilst it's not in their private dining room course menu you can order it a la carte.

Definitely a must if you can make reservations!

Went to Born and Bred for a friend 50th birthday party, and it didn't disappoint. The ambiance of this placed with its dark wood, polished brass, and semi-circular seating arrangement all added to the overall dining experience. You felt special in this place and with your own private chef attending to your culinary dreams.

It was a 21-course meal, so come hungry with beef as its main star. The appetizers were exquisite, followed by the mains, and a refreshing desert.

The level of detail and explanation of each dish made it an interactive experience. Our chef was very knowledgeable and described each dish masterfully.

I feel as if the menu will change from time to time, so what you have may vary from  what we experienced. Think of this place as probably the highest end Korean BBQ place you will ever go to in your entire life and add along some other world-class dishes that you won't find at any other ordinary KBBQ. Such as pho, a burger, and a beef pastry tart. All masterfully prepared.

Overall, it was a great experience and one that I would highly recommend for you foodies out there.
