@roaming.eater - this is the first michelin star ice cream soup in the world so of course i had to check it out. it's a two-story gelato venue that has both a takeaway and dine-in section. the latter offers a seven-course tasting menu, but wasn’t available during this visit. luckily the takeaway cup was just what i wanted.

beautiful, minimal, complex, creamy, and pure. worth the 30 minute wait for 180NT (~$6), but i'm not sure i could withstand the wait in the summer. i came in december.

these were the six flavors offered, though they rotate often:

1 Michelin star gelato/sorbet. You have to try it. Fascinating subtle flavors (smoked plum, red wine, shiso, etc.). Really nice tasteful, minimal haha, branding and interior. Good system quick takeout done with care. Always a line but never much of a wait. 😄
