今天北部氣溫低於10度，到了台南約18度左右，還有些下雨。
店門口旁就有人在現切羊肉，有好幾爐的稻穀燻羊肉。
店家旁邊就有停車場，店家下方也有一個較大的停車場，但有些距離，車位很多。

一進店內，店員就熱情詢問有無訂位，老闆娘說要先點餐付款，建議假日用餐時間建議訂位；店內有提供廁所，廁所很乾淨。

店家主打純酒加中藥不加一滴水現宰羊肉，稻殼燉燻1天1夜的羊肉爐，本人喜愛中藥湯底的羊肉爐，湯順口好喝，但太后和小孩不喜歡甜甜的味道。不知道是不是爐內沒加高麗菜的原因，導致羊肉吃多會膩。
點了炒芥蘭羊肉、酸菜羊肚絲，但是炒的有點太油了，有些可惜。

不知道是不是米其林加持的關係，招牌燻羊肉味道不錯，湯順口好喝，但價格太貴了打消我想再買一鍋外帶的念頭。

As soon as we entered the store, the clerk enthusiastically asked if we could make a reservation. The lady boss said that we had to order and pay first, and it was recommended to make reservations during holiday dining times. There are toilets in the store and they are very clean.

The store specializes in freshly slaughtered mutton with pure wine and Chinese medicine without adding a drop of water. The mutton is simmered and smoked in rice husks for one day and one night. I like the mutton stove with Chinese medicine soup base. The soup is smooth and delicious, but the Queen Mother and her children don't like the sweet taste. . I don’t know if it was because there was no cabbage in the oven, which made the mutton feel greasy after eating too much.
I ordered stir-fried mutton with kale and shredded lamb tripe with pickled cabbage, but the stir-fry was a bit too oily, which was a pity.

I don’t know if it’s because of the Michelin blessing, but the signature smoked lamb tastes good and the soup is smooth and delicious, but the price is too expensive and puts me off the idea of ​​buying another pot for takeout.

王家勳羊肉一直以來都很有名，今天一吃還算滿意。羊肉鍋小鍋份量就很足，吃不多的人足夠3-4個人吃了。鹽酥雞（沒拍到）還不錯啦老闆娘強烈推薦，但可以不用點。羊油麵線一次吃了兩盤也沒拍到，沒有說特別好吃，但還滿過癮。酸菜羊雜和龍鬚菜中規中矩。

環境非常不錯，後面還有山路可以走走，到了餐廳就可以一直聞到煙燻的味道了，我朋友一直打噴嚏，建議穿回到家就會洗的衣服，全身都會味道很重。

補充一下，現場會看到很多羊和雞，如同我附上的影片，原本在去之前想好要問有沒有在賣羊腦，到了現場看到活生生的羊真的就不想吃了。不知道他們是不是自己的屠宰場，吃飯從頭到尾都在想這個問題。

整體是想給個4.4，屠宰場的問題稍微影響吃飯的情緒，現場是都沒看到，但看到被綁起來的羊就會想牠是不是就是下一位了。好吃但沒有到頂，想找個地方玩的話或許是個不錯的選擇。

I didn't take any photos of the mutton noodles noodles after eating two plates at once. I didn't say it was particularly delicious, but it was quite enjoyable. The sauerkraut, haggis and asparagus were average.

The environment is very nice. There is a mountain road behind for walking. You can smell the smoke all the time when you get to the restaurant. My friend keeps sneezing. I suggest you wear clothes that you will wash when you get home. The smell will be strong all over your body.

To add, you will see a lot of sheep and chickens on site. Just like the video I attached, I originally thought about asking if they were selling sheep brains before going there, but when I saw the live sheep at the site, I really didn’t want to eat them. I wonder if they are their own slaughterhouse, I was thinking about this issue from beginning to end of the meal.

Overall, I want to give it a 4.4. The problem with the slaughterhouse slightly affected the mood of the meal. I didn’t even see it at the scene, but when I saw the tied sheep, I wondered if it was the next one. It’s delicious but not over the top, so it might be a good choice if you’re looking for a place to hang out.
