One of the best fine dining experience in Taiwan. Perfect blend of Taiwanese ingredients and South American cuisines. Joaquin and Di are both great host. Will definitely come back again.

It was a great experience trying this young but hot restaurant
Knew chef for long since Mono Hong Kong, more than happy to see he has created his own project with lovely wife successfully
The menu has been designed in respectful way to Taiwan local ingredients yet still can tell the stories brought by chef from his hometown continent, like most of them and surprisingly impressive by the Medianoche

I've dined at plenty of Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, but this one was a letdown.
The dishes were pretty underwhelming—nothing exciting, and the flavors didn’t really work together.

On top of that, they served ice-cold hand towels, which was a shock, especially in Taipei's chilly winter!
Definitely not what I’d expect from a restaurant of this level.
I won’t be coming back.

Very professionally-run Latin/South-American inspired open kitchen.   Dishes are generally excellent (with layered tastes and amusing backstories) when the chef goes back to his roots, much less so when the dishes veer towards more typical Taiwanese fusion (especially seafood).    Large staff, very comfortable seating.

Yes, it is expensive, but the service is impeccable, very personal, and attentive, the food is prepared in front of you so you can see the care and detail that goes into it, and the food is a careful fusion of Argentinian and Taiwanese flavors and ingredients. For a celebrstion, there is not just a card but a personal message signed by all the staff. I've paid more for less. This was June's menu but it changes regularly.
