This is an interesting Michelin street food to try. Made from glutinous rice flour, it's soft, sticky yet chewy and elastic / stretchy. It's a unique texture and hard to find with other types of dessert. What's special here is it's texture. You have to try it to appreciate it. It has a filling and coated with sugary peanut powder. But as I said, it's the texture here that's incredible. I recommend you try it if you come here. It's worth it.

Be prepared for a long queue, but it’s worth the wait for such a high-quality treat. A must-try for mochi lovers!
