One of the most delicate fusion cuisine I’ve tried in my life. Precise saucing and incredible plating, making every dish a piece of art. The details the restaurant and chef put into the experience is recognizable and outstanding. Definitely worth a try if you’re into food.

The various creative (or staple) pasta dishes at this Italian-Japanese local fusion restaurant are outstanding and memorable, the meats and desserts a bit less so.  There's a bit of showmanship from the chef and his owner-wife.  Only one seating and everyone starts at the same time for a long, 3.5 hour meal.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been blown by not only the presentation of literally every dish but also the flavor, love and thought that goes into each dish at this restaurant.

Impeccable presentation and every bite left me wanting more.

The chef was humorous and generous ( refillable pasta).

Definitely would want to try wine pairing in the future because my friends kept raving about it.

Highly recommend this place!
