Good juicy pork dumplings. Eggplant is so fit. Stir fried sugar peas are tender. The peanut sauce noodles are too spicy for me even though I ordered the non spicy version. The deep fried pork chop fried rice however, is okay. The deep fried pork chop is definitely a bit dried and oily. We took the reservation number at 5:30pm and the expected wait is 60 to 85 min. We got in at 7pm. Yes the food is good but personally don’t think it worths the wait - obviously can shop around and come back at the intended time. Price reasonably.

Good food, can get cheaper elsewhere but good nonetheless. All the dumpling dishes we got were great, even my mum said so. The fried rice was kinda mid, probably because they got a shrimp to do it. We had to wait about  an hour to get in with a table of 6, you can do some roaming around the shopping centre in the meantime.

Had an amazing meal here. Definitely try the soup dumplings, braised beef noodle soup 🍜, pickled cucumber 🥒 and spicy pork/ shrimp dumplings 🥟 Queue can get very long though, so make sure to take this into account. You can shop in the mall, which has great souvenirs, while you wait.

It’s definitely worth the wait and a must visit in Taipei.

Without exaggeration, the best xiaolongbao I’ve ever eaten. We tried the classic ones filled with pork and the ones filled with shrimps.

The classic ones are much better regarding taste. It was juicy due to the light broth and the meat filling wasn’t fatty and was well balanced. The dough was also not too thick.

I also loved the fried rice with shrimp. It was so delicious, flavorful and lightweight. The custard bun was also so good and not too sweet! 👍
The sweet sour soup was regarding taste nothing special.

Additionally the service was excellent, as they were quite friendly and attentive. The staff was pouring/refilling tea in the cups regularly at each table.

All of dishes were tasty except steam buns and customer service was great. However, it is not worth to wait 2.5 hours. You should have a plan ahead to do other things while you are waiting. Then it could be better. I would like to try other dishes as well.

Two days later, I went back to the restaurant. It was afternoon on Tuesday so there was no waiting. We tried other dishes and it was all tasty.
