One of the best, if not the best, Michelin-starred restaurants in Taiwan we've been to. The portion sizes were more than enough—we left feeling very full. The service is also top-notch. Highly recommended!

Had the festive holiday menu. To be honest, not sure how it’s a 3-star restaurant. The food was quite mediocre. Most of the things weren’t anything special, the ribeye (main course) was quite lackluster. The desserts were also quite forgettable.

The sommelier wasn’t very helpful in picking wines. There was 1 very interesting Taiwanese white wine though: lychee aroma but very crisp on the palette.

The best thing was the celery foam on top of a warm nut-based soup. The food looks pretty though (photos attached).

Also, the space was pretty small and I was surprised how close the tables were. It didn’t feel intimate, rather it felt like you could hear everyone’s conversations…

It is a three star michelin, so I came here with the highest expectations. I had already had all of the dishes in the menu, so I was looking for their best version in the world. They were basically not, just one of them was "WOW", but the rest was just good.

I, moreover, have a several small complains:
- They asked us if we wanted to have an additional dish for 880 NTD. I am already paying 10000+, don't try to get easy additional money please!
- We were two, so I am expecting I don't have to share the dish by myself, but to have single portions.
- The service is pressing too much to bring the next dish, not letting you finish the course that they are bringing the next.
- Gold is good electrical conductor, but it has no taste.

At the end I believe it was more a 5000NTD than the 10k.

Really enjoyed the current the food (banquet and street food inspired) as we were visitors to Taiwan. However, found the room layout a bit weird as we were on a row facing the kitchen.
Service was just pretty average, doesn’t feel like a three stars establishments.

Had the full menu + 6 glasses wine pairing. The food and pairing were just ok, nothing spectacular. I expected more since they charge more than most other Michelin restaurants (comes down to about 13000nt/person). Interior design was very basic.
