去年12月在清邁吃過一星主廚Nicolas Isanrd  擔任行政主廚的OXYGEN dinner room。
這家餐廳在2020也拿過米其林餐盤推薦。
餐酒型態跟欣悦很類似，
但對我來說：欣悦的菜色我更喜歡。

用餐前、家人一直有所質疑這家店好不好吃，可能是我們剛從台北吃完兩家一星餐廳回來，他質疑在社交平台上很少聽到討論欣悦菜色的聲音。

而我是那種預訂了、就吃吃看的人，
好吃記下來、下次再來吃，
反之就兩忘於江湖、
誰也不欠誰。
何況口感是很直覺的事，
我只會把網路評價當作參考而非用餐原則。

結果一頓飯吃下來真的很滿意，
前菜的表現都不錯，
其中「自然豬佐薑片天婦羅」
「炸干貝栗子濃湯」入口就很有存在感，
最後上的主餐：無骨牛小排的嫩度以及上盤賣相都掌握的非常好、搭配味噌醬，非常好吃。

在服務方面，
兩位桌邊人員說菜很有感染力，
招待熱絡不做作，好感度加分。

這真的是一家被低估的好吃餐廳。
可能在fine dining 這個區塊，
大家會傾向到有名氣主廚的餐廳。
我也吃過飄洋過海來的鐵板燒餐廳、
其中一道茶碗蒸，跟欣悦放在一起比較，
光從器皿就高下立判、更不用說口味了。
當然這僅是我個人經驗談。

可惜的是隔壁一群某地來的酒商，吵吵鬧鬧、
大聲講話，迫害整個用餐氣氛。
沒錯是迫害而非破壞而已。
你們是在快炒店賣啤酒嗎？
不是嘛！是賣葡萄酒的嘛，
難道不懂用餐禮儀嗎？
葡萄酒知道你們這麼俗氣是會哭的。
某位客人還突然開手機擴音播放孫女的影片，
這是看不起高雄的餐廳嗎？
你在鹽之華敢這麼大聲喧嘩嗎？

從他們口中說出一串串的名貴葡萄酒、
聽在耳中頓時變得低俗又廉價。
到餐廳用餐、沒有顧及客人用餐情緒就算了，對上桌的料理也不欣賞，吃著欣悦的料理、
嘴巴高談闊論台北哪家一星餐廳，
台中哪家新開的餐廳，
這不是享受料理的美好，
而是把食物當作炫耀的物件而已。
更對不起熱衷工作服務我們的餐飲業者。

替兩位服務人員感到心累，
如果是我面對這群客人，
一定整晚白眼翻173圈半。

真的很誇張，自己在賣酒、
卻對酒的良伴：料理一點也不尊重，
這是昨晚用餐唯一的瑕疵。

所以欣悦你們要更用心把名聲做起來、
這樣就會讓不長眼的人有所收斂。

Last December, I dined at the OXYGEN dinner room in Chiang Mai where one-star chef Nicolas Isanrd serves as executive chef.
This restaurant also received a Michelin Plate recommendation in 2020.
The style of table wine is very similar to Xinyue.
But for me: I like Xin Yue’s dishes better.

Before the meal, my family had always questioned whether this restaurant was delicious. Maybe it was because we had just returned from eating at two one-star restaurants in Taipei. He questioned that there were very few voices discussing Xinyue’s dishes on social platforms.
