Michelin Bib Gourmand Taiwan famous gua bao. When I reached it has already started pouring yet there's a queue of 5 person ahead of me. Only take out, no dine in. I chosed mixture of fatty & lean pork belly combi. It doesn't taste greasy but meat was flavorful and tender. The fatty part meets the definition of 'melt in yr mouth' description. Bun soft and fluffy but slightly sweet as I think it's made with flour and white sugar. Overall, good taste but a little expensive for Kaoshiung standard I think....

Really very delicious and fast service. I tasted the comprehensive variety and the variety with lean red meat (number three on the menu) and both were perfect. My Personal taste leans a little bit to the lean meat variety. From now on the gua bao restaurant is my number one.

Bought the mix combo, taste was good. The meat was nice and the flavor was great. I had it without the peanut so it was not sweet which was great.

From the bottom of our hearts we loved this little place so much!!! 🩷 Definitely the best Gua Bao I’ve eaten in my life and I greatly appreciate the fact that you can choose the type of meat (pure pork or pork belly) that you will have! All the ingredients were also super fresh and the grounded peanuts were just amazing!
