這次的主題是燒燒ㄧ碗來，主要有四道甜點➕三道隱藏版甜點，然而在冬季寒冷的天氣裏吃高級甜點，竟然有四道甜點裡面有冰淇淋，越吃越冷，讓人覺得有點便宜行事，感覺好像是去冰淇淋店。雖然甜點都裝飾的精緻唯美，但份量都很少，花了$2200吃完後竟然完全沒有飽足感與滿足感。店內陳設明亮，座位只有在吧台幾個，也沒有隱私感。跟其他米其林餐廳比較，真的CP太差了。

餐點部分，搭配4杯無酒精飲料能襯托出下道甜品的風味。在七道甜點中，最喜歡"鹹蛋黃花生土司"，顛覆傳統印象以泡芙的方式呈現，泡芙內擠入鹹蛋黃卡士達醬，在泡芙上加花生鮮奶油後，再刨上鹹蛋黃絲，旁邊是土司磨成細粉狀可搭配品嚐，吃起來感覺非常柔和溫順。
其次是紅豆餅與酵母冰淇淋，初次吃到酵母冰淇淋，在Una講菜介紹才知道是高雄特有的冰淇淋，細味品嚐時會有股起司味，我想那應該就是酵母的味道吧！
而桂圓米糕粥底部的巧克力則有點睛作用，非常讓人驚艷。

整體吃起來每道甜點在味道上都很分明，搭配上也都能相呼應，整個過程中也可以看到主廚及其工作人員們的用心及細心，非常看好未來的發展。

Next was red bean cake and yeast ice cream. It was my first time to eat yeast ice cream. After Una introduced the dish, I found out that it is a unique ice cream in Kaohsiung. When I tasted it carefully, it smelled like cheese. I thought it must be the taste of yeast!
The chocolate at the bottom of the longan rice cake porridge has a little eye-catching effect, which is very amazing.

因為本身也是學做甜點的 一回到台灣就馬上預約前往 很期待可以試試看甜點無菜單 當天去吃的主題是呷燒燒 所以可能會想說主要是溫暖的甜點 結果七道裡面甚至有四道裡面都有冰淇淋 第一道豆花跟烤玉米味道跟造型都還不錯 造型也還可以 但其他的食材本身不符合冬天主題 2000+10%的價格 真的還不如建議大家去吃文公館平日午間菜單才1880+10% 完整度更高 吃完也更滿足 裝潢更緊緻（這間店的裝潢非常簡單）
