Arrived just after 12:30, ready for a great meal. A bit of long but was surprised to see just how much seating they have. Didn’t wait long and ordered the pork soup, with pork cracking on the side. Also ordered steamed pork buns with dim sum. Every dish was great, service was spot on and clean. One thing I might add, I wasn’t prepared for how much black pepper they used to cook the broth but still very delicious. Side note - a long line doesn’t always mean a long wait, we were searing fairly quickly.

Really nice beef noodle soup with different organs and meats.
They also serve small dim sum dishes and buns . I had the custard bun and it was pretty good, overall a nice noodle shop if your in the Sathorn area. They also serve a special pandan jelly drink which was quite interesting

Crispy pork but can be a bit overwhelming like too oily. Pair it with the soup and all is good! They missed out one of our order but that’s fine.

After you are done with this meal, PLEASE LEAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT! There is a couple selling super good kueh at an affordable price! It is more worth it than what you might get in Malls.

A must try Kuey Chap in Bangkok, the star of the show is none other than their Roasted Crispy Pork. The skin is so crunchy and the meat is tender and juicy.
The broth is clear and flavourful, all the ingredients like the organ meat were fresh and cooked to perfection.
Definitely a place that I would be returning on my future trips.
