I recently stayed 4 nights at this beautiful hotel, and absolutely loved it.  They upgraded my room although the room I selected was already amazing.  The staff were extremely attentive and took care of all our needs, from luggage to shuttles, etc.  we did the “honeymoon package” at their Spa and it was amazing.  We were also greeted  with a goodie bag full of treats and a fruit basket everyday.   For the quality of this hotel the price offers exceptional value and I will definitely items stay here again when I come back to Chaing Mai.   If I was to find anything at all to critique it would be the bed- it was hard and a bit uncomfortable (thus the 4 hour spa treatment).

Don’t stay here if you are tourist. Stay here if it’s for work or business.

FYI: walls are thin, noise was constant issue.

Sauna was often off and so you have to prepare it before using.

I’m not sure what makes this place “premier.” The service was okay—nothing special—but they did allow us to check out two hours late for free, which was a nice gesture. However, the hotel has a lot of room for improvement:
•	Elevators: The programming is inefficient, with all three elevators resting on the first floor, leading to unnecessary delays.
•	Entry: The lobby feels cold and unwelcoming, lacking any charm or warmth.
•	Breakfast: Disappointing—cold food, nothing special, and the espresso machines were often out of order. The setup felt disorganized, and overall, it wasn’t a great start to the day.
•	Comfort: The pillows were uncomfortable, but on the upside, the shower was excellent, and the bathtub was spacious enough for two people.
•	Room Size: The bathroom and room were large, which might be why this is labeled a “premier” hotel, but the overall experience lacked comfort and cohesion.

There’s potential here, but it feels like the hotel needs to focus on improving the little details to truly earn its title.

Accommodating helpful staff. We had a Suite very nicely appointed. Worth the extra money. Very spacious lovely decor. Comfortable bed. Very nice modern restroom with everything you might need. Large tub Japanese style toilet. All that said the breakfast was disappointing. They even messed up the traditional Thai rice porridge (Congee). It was watery and tasteless. Low quality box orange very strange considering everything else was top shelf.

This place well exceeded my expectations. I liked the fact they have an earlier checkin time compared to other hotels at 1200. Not only that, I received an upgrade to a huge studio suite but most outstanding was the free welcome gift of snacks! Breakfast was absolutely fine as was the large pool and excellent gym which was well equipped. It's only a 15 min walk to all the touristy bits so location wise was fine by me. All the room elements can be controlled centrally via the touchpad. Definitely recommended!!
