Nice cafe located at the ground floor of Noble Reform Condominium. Usually crowed by people from regular customers to tourists. The coffee is standard compared with other Casa Lapin’s branch. Green tea latte is good. Some may need syrup if you want it sweet.

If you come here for reading books, you should come by around afternoon on weekdays. This place is rather busy and noisy around weekends.

I don’t really have anything good to say about the experience here.

The coffee is OK, but the milk they put in my cappuccino has a very weird after taste to it. We ordered 3 eggs, which look great from the top. The thing is every single fried egg is burnt at the bottom and tastes so bitter. There are 5 staff and about 10 customers at 9:00 am on Sunday, but the service is still very slow. We waited for more than 15 minutes for our first dish (The Breakfast) to arrive. Caesar salad (with just greens, too little bacon bits and a timid sprinkle of cheese) came almost 5 minutes after.

At least they don’t charge for service, which is about right because you can expect none. The staff walked around with food in their hands asking “what number are you” to see a receipt before they serve; They just took condiments from your table while you’re eating - It’s normal decency to say May I?, thank you, sorry, etc. in this kind of situation. Well, expect none from this place.

I just couldn’t recall a worse experience in Bangkok in this kind of place, especially at this absurdly high price range.

Great place for chilling a coffee. Good vibe for the industrial - loft style lover. Nice music. Convenience to access by BTS Ari Station. A personal car can park at the Noble Reform Condominium (Car park fee applied).

love the crispy belly pork here as its really crispy. hawaiian pizza and barbq fried chicken are so-so. i was abit confused when i had to order and pay for drinks at the counter but not for foods. staff at the coffee counter are lovely tho. the place is usually crowded since its the cozy little coffee shop. a car can be parked in the building with some charges.

A fairly standard hipster cafe (decorated in the mould of a unimaginative Melbourne cafe). Coffee is very good. They do craft beer at night but I haven't tried it yet. Also on display were a range of cheesecakes (creme brulee!), Cold brew coffee, and (strangely) craft ice cream! The big breakfast was "alright" according to my partner. Apparently the granola is really good. My croque madam in no way resembled a croque madam (not a sandwich, no cheese, was that actually bechamel? And what's with all the spinach?). Food 1 star, coffee 5 Stars. Atmos 3 stars. Come here if you want to get away from Thailand, not to eat breakfast.
