The best hotel I have ever stayed in.
We had such an amazing experience at the four seasons. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There is a message service for any questions you may have, they even helped us make a dinner reservation.
The hotel itself still feels brand new and was always clean and fabulously decorated for the holidays. There are so many restaurants of different cuisines to choose from. We only went to cafe Madeline as we had made other plans for meals but we loved our morning visit. The pastries were high quality and the coffee was very tasty.
We were celebrating an anniversary over our stay and the staff left a little personalised surprise in our hotel room, which made our day.
There is a complimentary water transport over to the icon Siam mall, which is very convenient to avoid the traffic.
I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone travelling to Bangkok.

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. We planned to relax and enjoy afternoon tea, bringing our camera along to capture memorable moments with our family. Upon arrival, everything seemed fine, and no staff member mentioned any restrictions. We took some photos to create lovely memories. However, once the full afternoon tea set was served, a staff member approached us and informed us that using cameras in the restaurant and hotel was prohibited, allowing only mobile phones. This was never communicated to us at any point during the booking process. Had we known beforehand, we wouldn’t have wasted our time coming here.

On our way out, we noticed other guests using cameras within the hotel, and since the same staff member wasn’t nearby, no one stopped them or enforced this rule.

We feel deeply disappointed with the service. This hotel is undeserving of its “50 Best Hotel or two MICHELIN keys” accolades, and we do not plan to return in the future.

We spent 4,649 THB on the meal, but the frustration started long before we even took our first bite.

Just perfect.  Everything you expect from a 4 Seasons Hotel.   Breakfast is superb. Service is perfect. Special mention to waitress Sky who was every bit as excellent as the hotel.   Don't miss the Social Club, very good cocktails.

This property is absolutely amazing—it's a true oasis in an unbeatable location! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, ready to ensure a memorable stay. With six fantastic dining options, you’ll never run short on delicious choices. Plus, the breathtaking views at any time of the day will leave you in awe!

The ceiling in the room is tall and thus the room feels very spacious. Another thing that I really appreciate is that the hotel has got 2 pools, one for relaxing and the other for taking laps.

All in all a great hotel.
