This restaurant far exceed my expectations on every level, I amazed it doesn’t have more stars.
The service was seamless, attentive without being intrusive, the staff exude genuine passion for the food and the restaurant’s ethos. Every course was presented with care and thorough explanations.
The presentation was stunning. Each dish meticulously crafted, not only beautiful but also an absolute explosion of flavours. This restaurant is an absolute must-visit for anyone seeking a meal that is truly unforgettable. I will remember it for a long time!

Absolutely wonderful and splendid dining experience. Every course of the tasting menu was masterly prepared and artfully presented. Taste was delicious. This restaurant is grossly underrated by the Michelin Guide as it should deserve at least one star in my opinion.

We had the wine pairigg and food was excellent. The whole time I just thought “how did these guys not get a Michelin star?”

Everything was delicious until the penultimate dish, the curry chicken. Ahhh… that’s why. The breast was overcooked! Everything was sublime until the dry breast chicken meat. You absolutely cannot overcook chicken, especially for a Michelin star restaurant, if they’re so deathly afraid of food poisoning then they should sous vide the meat. Their chicken dish marred an otherwise amazing taste and presentation.

Nevertheless, the food was fantastic. Fix their chicken and I’d say this is deserving of one if not two stars.
