Build in the 90s and never got finished like so many other buildings around because of the tom yum kung crisis 97. Used to be a tourist attraction, until they found out tourist would pay the guard to go up and relax and take pictures. The owner didn’t knew about it and since then it has been forbidden. People still go up, idk if it depends on the bribe or guard who is there but there are still several ways up.

Sathorn Unique Tower - sister building of the Lebua State Tower, same designer and developer. Construction of both buildings stopped in the 1997 Asian financial crises. They later finished the Lebua State Tower, but never continued the construction of this building. A shame.

I tot it is the Lebua at state tower. The design of the balcony looks very alike.  The location is not as good as lebua which is why no Chinese want to buy over demolish and rebuild to a nice hotel. Perhaps next tkme
