This hotel has been great. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They assign someone to your room to handle all your needs, and March was assigned to us. He had a great personality,  was so polite, and we really enjoyed working with him. Daniel was the yoga instructor, and we really enjoyed his classes. We also did a cocktail class, which was fun and gave us the opportunity to meet some of the other people staying in the hotel. They always kept our room clean, and our room had everything we needed. The whole hotel is such a nice little spot that makes you feel completely away from the city, despite being so close. Highly recommend

Nicest staff of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Set into the hillside jungle, the setting is absolutely beautiful. The food was fantastic, everything so fresh. Definitely do the private culinary experience. Massages at the spa were top class. Whole stay was extremely relaxing. Cayla took care of all our requests. I think it's worth pointing out again just how good the staff here were. So friendly.

From the moment we walked into this hotel we knew it would be special. Don’t be put off by the price - the value compares to hotels only a few hundred dollars cheaper is crazy. It is the most beautiful setting and our room was the best room I’ve ever stayed in. The staff just make everything better - I think the longest I wanted for something to come to my door all the way up a hill was 3 minutes. I would like to point out my butler Fang, he was the most wonderful host ever and also Gam for her work putting together my friends wedding at the last minute with many changes she managed to get it all accommodated. The food and breakfast was 10/10 - especially the Indian Restaurant in the hotel. Thank you to all the team at Keemala. Patrick and Anna.

We had an unforgettable experience from the moment we arrived, the staff are very welcoming and taken care of. Their attention to detail was exceptional. The pool, spa and views are out of this world.

What really made our stay special was the extraordinary and personal service. The staff were genuine, friendly and kind especially „Lift“ our personal server very kind and treated us with care.

„Lift“ from the first moment he greeted us to the last moment we saw him, he showed how important the first and last impression is. His face was the last one we saw, and that moment will stay in our memory. He truly embodied the saying:

„The first impression counts, the last impression remains“

We had beautiful memories that will last with us for a lifetime.

We recently got home from a 2 week trip to Thailand and I have to say our last 2 days spent at Keemala were absolutely incredible. We pulled up and were immediately greeted by flower leis and a golf cart/buggy that took us up to the check in lobby. Everything was breathtaking- the views, the facilities and the staff. Our villa attendant March went above and beyond to make our stay feel so special. We were surprised to find our private villa was clean, smelling lovely and had every luxury touch you could imagine. The complimentary banana chips, snacks and drinks were incredible. They had prepared a special birthday/anniversary platter of treats which was so thoughtful. We enjoyed a complimentary cocktail making class in the bar and made some new friends. We toured the property to find a beautiful lily pad garden with a yoga meditation cave, a suspension bridge, a swim up bar at the pool and we went for a walk and found a private path to a little wedding garden by the big tree. So romantic!  If you're looking for a luxurious getaway retreat - this is it! We booked the complimentary shuttle that took us down to the Kamala Beach area and loved the vibe there too. Much more laid back than other beaches we had toured in Phuket. The Keemala staff were all so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We loved our time and look forward to visiting again soon. Be sure to ask for a tour of the property so you can take in all the sights/views.
