Very nice place to spend your Sunday evening.
I came around 5pm, there were many people, but still it was fine to move around.
There is plenty of different food for every taste, also you can buy handmade souvenirs.
The atmosphere is also great, some live performances, even Thai massage right on the street.

Old Town Phuket is a very beautiful place to visit! We went there on a weekend and enjoyed exploring the charming streets and colorful buildings. However, there were a few downsides: it was very crowded, there were almost no trash bins, and very few benches to sit and eat. On the bright side, the night market was absolutely amazing – a huge variety of delicious food to try!

This is an experience to say the least. It was absolutely rammed with people, you could barely walk. So many people from all walks of life. Vendors from all over selling food, clothing, art, handicrafts, and anything else you can imagine. Was a bit too intense but some people like it. Even find a seat in a restaurant was a long wait. Lots to see but you have to be comfortable being in a crowd with no escape.
