This is truly the most extraordinary hotel I have ever encountered. The service is nothing short of exquisite, with every staff member radiating warmth and professionalism. Our three-night stay felt far too brief, and we found ourselves wishing for more time here.

Breakfast each morning was a delightful experience, featuring a mouthwatering array of dishes that catered to every palate. The high tea was an absolute must, offering a perfect blend of savory and sweet treats that we savored in a beautifully elegant setting. We also indulged in the hammam and received soothing massages that left us feeling utterly rejuvenated.

One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying a refreshing beer at the Orient Express bar – the ambiance there was simply enchanting. We resided in rooms 201 and 609, both of which provided us with a wonderful atmosphere and all the comforts we could desire. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

We had the most amazing time at the Pera Palace! From the start, the service was incredible—they upgraded our room for our honeymoon and made us feel so special. The rooms were super clean, beautifully decorated, and the hotel itself was stunning. They even got us tickets to their concert, which was such a thoughtful touch. Room service twice a day was a treat, and every little detail made the stay unforgettable. Thank you, Pera Palace, for going above and beyond to make our honeymoon so magical!

Amazing Turkish restaurant! The food is incredibly tasty, with perfectly balanced spices. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, complemented by beautiful decor. Service is excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommended for a delightful dining experience!

Pera palace is a very nice hotel. It wasn’t what I was expecting though.
When we arrived, it was a very very complicated process to check in. However, they showed us to our room and explained everything.
When we arrived in the room, there was food waiting for us which was okay. The nuts were nice.
The spa and pool are amazing with a jacuzzi and saunas. It is a tiny bit weird that there was a mixed sauna though.
The breakfast was extremely expensive.£30 per person when we arrived.
The rooms were big and spacious. The bathroom was normal but the bed was very good.
I believe that the only thing that makes it 5 stars is that they have a concierge and a lot of history.
Did you know that Agatha Christie stayed there?
Personally, I would rate this 4 start luxury.

Such a lovely historic hotel. Super clean and excellent location. Gorgeous views of the city.  Be careful with the bathtub, it felt like a death trap with how deep it is, and how you need to step in and out.

A quick story: once you check in, they take you up in a historical elevator with a seat and glass doors (I believe she said it was the second elevator in the world). We were on the 6th floor, after we settled in, we headed out and I tried to call the historical elevator but it didn’t come, we looked around and couldn’t see another elevator, so we took the stairs down. Coming back, we asked about the elevator and they took us up in the historical one (there was a language barrier specially I asked the bellboy not the front desk)… anyways, this repeated itself a couple of more times. The next day, we were embarrassed to ask about the elevator again and we took the stairs up, I have bad knees so I stopped at every floor and we finally caught a glimpse of a standard elevator… it was hard to see from our room location but there is a regular elevator, so find it and don’t do our mistake. I think they thought we are obsessed with the historical elevator and we just wanted to keep riding it 😅
