The first impression was positive as they have a beautiful setting and lighting.  Many people were there. However the service was so bad.   One person spoke English , no attentive to waiters.   No clear pricing for the fish, which was so over priced.   We left hungry and not satisfied.

**Orkide - Overpriced and Disappointing**

We visited Orkide, expecting a family-friendly dining experience, but it was a major letdown. Despite a large menu, many items were unavailable. The lobster and fish we ordered were meant for 3-4 people each, and we also got some mezze, still water, and two bottles of local wine. The food quality was poor—undercooked potatoes, overcooked main dishes, and nothing tasted fresh. To top it off, the bill was shocking: around 800 € for six people. The pricing was unclear and seemed unfair. Not recommended.

We came in Orkide every year … but this way was soo disappointed .. the first one we order only mezeler , octopus on little slices and then fish… before octopus they bring us something that we don’t order…  after that they came with big parts of octopus for every single person… not like meze in the  middle … for that we pay soo much money like  we eat 10kilos of octopus … soo bad for  the restaurant with tradition… DISAPPOINTED!!!

Restaurant is a complete rip off. Clearly lots of fake Google reviews. We were charged the equivalent of €180 per person - totally outrageous.

PLENTY better places to eat!

Terrible service. Arrived and myself and my mother wanted to sit down to eat. I was starving but my mother was just a little hungry. We asked about the breakfast and they said the buffet was closed - which was clearly not true as others were still having and using the buffet. We then asked about the single set menu breakfast for myself and they said that we would BOTH need to order it for it to come. We thought this was weird as the price for the breakfast was labelled clearly on the menu and it didn’t say anywhere that a minimum of TWO would need to be bought. The price to eat here was suddenly forced on to us to be around 380tl just for myself to have a breakfast before my mother even ordered what she wanted. I’m giving this place a one star for poor management, they lose another star for slow service and uncaring attitude to their customers, lost another star for not only disallowing myself from having a breakfast - but also telling my mother what to eat. She wanted to order a borek and the waiter kept saying that he was going to put it through as a gozleme. Haha n the menu it clearly stated it was borek and he said they didn’t have any borek in the restaurant and never serve it. I looked around and saw plenty people eating borek. Poor staffing and poor management and 100% the fact I wasn’t allowed to order something that’s clearly on the menu shows that this place is dodgy and very easily avoidable.

PLENTY better places to eat as I’ll repeat, don’t bother stopping here.
