Part of a super nice little set of 4 office buildings, enclosing a relaxing green space with Starbucks, DXBlends, Joe and the Juice and Homer Lobster situated in the green space. Dotted with a whole set of eateries in the 4 buildings, and a little Franprix Minimart tucked into a corner of Building 1. Dott scooters and bicycles are easily found dotted around the place (find them thru the Dott app) and there's a public bus serving the area (bus number DH1) hourly from equiti Metro Station. If you're lucky, you might even find a self-drive car lying around--check your app.

Connects easily to Al Khail Road north towards Deira/Sharjah and South towards Jebel Ali/Abu Dhabi. Also connects to Umm Squeim Road towards Al Qudra and Sheikh Zayed Road/Jumeirah.
