Thank you for the exceptional experience. We were thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service we received. The team was not only friendly and attentive but also handled all our requests with the highest level of professionalism. For instance, when we needed a last-minute birthday cake, the team couldn't find one in the hotel pastry shop due to many events happening around. However, they quickly managed to bring a wonderful cake from the sister hotel, ensuring our meal was seamless and enjoyable without any hassle.

A wonderful experience - gorgeous views and great happy hour with 2 for 1 drinks from 5 to 8 - perfect for sunset! Limited selection of drinks and poor staff.

The person on the ground floor reception sent us to this place instead of Pure Sky lounge. We got to know only once we reached Vero. There was no vibe for a Friday night.

It was a challenge to find it as well as the lift was not working. We were too tired to walk all the way back to Pure. So decided to get one drink.

When i mentioned the staff about their mistake. She laughed it off and the server staff at the Vero bar gave a lame excuse on the former’s behalf.
How tough it is to give us the right directions? Especially when we mentioned the Pure Sky lounge 2-3 times.

The server  took forever to understand our order of one beer and sparkling water. Overall not a great experience. Explains why the place was empty!

P.S No food in the menu. The view is beautiful. It gets windy so a jacket is handy in winters.

Our host for the night Joan, was so lovely and she went out of her way to ensure that the birthday girl enjoyed her night. I had a beautiful seabass meal and loved every moment of it!!
