Just had the most disappointing experience at Hemispheres Steak & Seafood Grill. 😔
1. The food was terrible—overpowering smell on the foie gras and the risotto was inedible. We couldn’t finish a single dish.
2. The service was a disaster. Our server was inattentive, unfriendly, and unprofessional.
3. To make things worse, the server tried to snatch my friend’s phone to force a 5-star review and take photos of our dishes. Absolutely disrespectful!
4. The head chef asked for feedback but didn’t seem to care about our concerns at all.
5. Overall, the food and service didn’t come close to meeting Michelin standards. Very disappointing for a place with such a reputation.

Honestly, I would have better spent my evening building a time machine and going back to the moment I decided to go to this restaurant and convince myself not to do it. The food was not terrible but the wait, even for just a glass of wine, was over an hour. I didn’t even get the wine I ordered because they kept taking our wine glasses away and bring the wrong wine. Trying to communicate with a manager was next to impossible. If you’ve ever wanted to role play as a hostage, these guys will keep you from your family and friends and try to ransom you just to gain access back to your life. Three stars. Not my worst Saturday night.

I ate here 4 nights in a row in order to use up my dining credits that were only issued on a daily basis.
To be honest the steak and the lamb chop was nothing to shout about - a little too tough and probably not worth the price. On Thursday I had the Michelin seafood menu though, which was quite tasty though a little pricey.
They always serve a small amuse bouche as well as complimentary small piece of dessert at the end, which was very much appreciated. Bread at the start was warm and tasty too.
Service was extremely prompt and very friendly.

We had a great time on our anniversary. The atmosphere and their service were very nice. The food was quite good but can be better. Hope they add more vegetarian dishes as well. For now only one option which is a mushroom cream pasta. Nothing to eat if you are vegan except a salad. Considering the price and quality of the experience, it was great over all. We would like to try their courses next time but no vegetarian option... Sobsob

The food took an hour an a half to come out, hour for the wine. Management needs to train the waiters better, because they seemed to be confused by the simplest things. None of the food orders came out at the same time, it was as if each dish was made one at a time. We just wanted to eat and have a good time, and that was not the case here. For any larger groups that want to come to this place, please don't. Management gave us a 15% discount on our food because of the service.
